You’ll drive full-funnel user acquisition campaigns, optimize for growth metrics like CAC and ROAS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of digital growth.This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where creative thinking meets performance rigor. You'll work on global campaigns, across multiple geographies, and with a strong testing mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Channel ManagementPlan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic channelsDefine channel-wise growth targets, budget allocation, and bidding strategiesOwn CAC, ROAS, NCPA, and repeat purchase goals end-to-endIdentify new channel opportunities and test them for scalability Campaign Execution & OptimizationLaunch and manage multi-country, multi-language campaignsConduct rigorous A/B testing across ad formats, creatives, targeting, and landing pagesOptimize ad performance in real-time and run weekly deep-dives on performance breakdownsWork closely with designers and motion editors to develop high-performing creatives Funnel Analysis & ReportingSet up tracking frameworks using GA4, MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer) and campaign dashboardsAnalyze full-funnel user behavior to improve drop-offs and boost conversionPrepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders with clear insights and actionsCollaborate with BI teams to build dashboards and run cohort-level analyses Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with product, lifecycle, brand, and SEO teams to align acquisition with retention and brand goalsWork with CRM and product teams to connect acquisition to downstream monetizationShare learnings with global market teams and adapt messaging/targeting for local nuancesRequirements4–6 years of experience in digital/performance marketing with direct ownership of budgets and channel strategyProven success managing large-scale campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and moreStrong command of performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, retention, and LTVExperience working with analytics platforms, attribution tools, and ad tech stacksHands-on experience running experiments, scaling campaigns, and managing creative pipelinesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldPreferred ExperiencePrior experience in travel, telco, fintech, or consumer techExperience managing global campaigns with region-specific targeting and localizationFamiliarity with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Branch, or AdjustUnderstanding of landing page optimization and CRDesired SkillsHighly analytical with strong problem-solving skillsCreative thinker with an eye for high-performing ad formats and messagingStrong project management and collaboration abilitiesBias for action, experimentation, and continuous learningPassion for growth, travel, and data-driven marketingWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and excellent performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.Flexible work arrangements with remote or hybrid options.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative global team.Career growth and professional development opportunities
