Job Overview -
A senior, polished professional who acts as the single point of coordination for Directors across personal, lifestyle, home, travel, and business-related engagements.
Location -
South Mumbai
Key Responsibilities -
1. Strategic Calendar & Schedule Management
Manage Directors weekly and monthly calendar with foresight.
Prioritise commitments, buffer time, and ensure no conflicts.
Prepare meeting briefs and ensure she is well-prepared.
2. High-Level Travel Planning & Oversight
Oversee domestic & international travel planning.
Delegate bookings and logistics to travel partners or junior staff and review.
Coordinate with hotels, drivers, and vendors for smooth experience.
Provide on-call support during travel; accompany when required.
3. Hospitality Supervision
Curate venue options for lunches, and small events.
Oversee event planning (menu, décor, invites) while delegating execution.
Maintain relationships with premium restaurants, hotels, and service partners.
4. Home & Staff Management (Supervisory)
Supervise household staff, drivers, housekeeping, and vendors.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and well-organised home operations.
Oversee home maintenance, repairs, deliveries and service providers.
5. Wardrobe & Styling Oversight
Support wardrobe planning for travel and events.
Coordinate with designers, stylists, and tailors.
Supervise packing, dry cleaning, and outfit preparation.
6. Personal Events & Social Commitments
Plan and oversee pujas, dinners, and gatherings.
Manage service providers end-to-end.
Maintain a curated list of trusted caterers, decorators, musicians, etc.
7. Communication & Follow-Up Excellence
Handle high-level correspondence and follow-up tasks.
Track minutes, actions, and ensure timely completion by stakeholders.
Coordinate with clients, designers, and builders for Amarya & Much2Love.
8. Business Coordination
Support travel, selections, and meetings for Amarya/Much2Love.
Prepare presentations, summaries, feedback notes, and action trackers.
Ensure smooth communication with all vendors.
9. Relationship Management & Soft CRM
Maintain an updated list of key clients/members/partners.
Track birthdays and important occasions.
Coordinate and arrange premium gifting and personalised gestures.
IDEAL PROFILE
8–15+ years managing UHNI / CEO households or senior PA/Chief-of-Staff roles.
Luxury hospitality or premium service background preferred.
Exceptional communication, grooming, discretion, and EQ.
Ability to lead staff, delegate effectively, and anticipate needs
Flexibility with time and location
Candidates preferable from South Mumbai Location
Skills Required:
Exceptional communication (English; Hindi/Gujarati an advantage)
Highly organised, proactive, reliable
Strong delegation skills
Strong etiquette, grooming and presentation
Event & hospitality management
