You'll use AI for research, content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow automation daily. If you're someone who prompts ChatGPT occasionally and calls it "working with AI," this probably isn't the right fit.If you've built custom workflows, know the difference between Claude and GPT-5 for specific tasks, and can use Perplexity for deep research that actually informs strategy - keep reading.The Role:We're looking for a Marketing Generalist who can wear multiple hats and help us scale marketing operations from scratch. You'll work directly with the CEO and clients, receiving strategic guidance from our Marketing Consultant. That means real exposure to high-level decision-making while building hands-on execution skills.This is a 0-to-1 role. You'll have autonomy to set up systems, test strategies, and own outcomes across multiple channels. Some weeks you'll be deep in email sequences. Others, you'll be researching competitor positioning or coordinating with designers on campaign assets. What You'll Be DoingChannel Setup & ManagementLaunch and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead generation and nurturingRevitalize existing channels (website, social media) and prepare them for consistent activitySet up and manage new channels: performance marketing, community initiatives, and content distribution systemsBuild scalable processes for multi-channel marketing executionContent & Lead GenerationCreate content strategies that drive awareness for new audiences and engagement for existing onesDevelop email sequences, landing pages, social content, and marketing collateralExecute lead generation campaigns with clear metrics and optimization loopsRepurpose and adapt content across channels for maximum reachCollaboration & ExecutionCoordinate with clients to understand their needs and translate insights into marketing contentManage vendor relationships for specialized content creation (design, video, copywriting)Track campaign performance and report on key metricsContribute to client deliverables and internal marketing initiativesWhat We're Looking For:Experience in B2B or service-based businesses4+ years of marketing experience (generalist background or specialist looking to expand)Comfortable using AI for/with marketing stacks.Email marketing expertise: Experience setting up campaigns, writing copy, managing sequences, and analyzing performanceLead generation experience: Proven ability to generate and nurture B2B leads through various channels0-to-1 builder mindset: You've launched channels or campaigns from scratch and know how to figure things outAI-savvy approach: Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, etc.) to accelerate executionSelf-starter mentality: Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projectsNice to Have:Experience creating or directing content across formats (blog posts, social media, email, video, graphics)Familiarity with marketing tools: HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Buffer/HootsuiteUnderstanding of performance marketing and paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and content distribution strategiesExperience with CRM systems and marketing automationStrong communication skills - comfortable interacting with clients and extracting insightsAbility to upscale AI-generated content to professional quality
