About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our growing team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in core HR functions and a passion for people management. This role involves handling generalist HR activities, supporting daily operations, and contributing to employee engagement and development initiatives across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various positions (screening, interviews, and coordination).
  • Manage onboarding formalities and ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

2. HR Operations & Generalist Activities

  • Support daily HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee documentation, HR letters, and compliance-related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Support HR audits and compliance checks.

4. Training & Development

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.
  • Maintain training records and feedback reports.

5. Travel & Field Activities

  • Visit multiple sites or hospitality properties for HR support and audits.
  • Coordinate with on-ground teams for recruitment and engagement activities.
