Under 25 is looking for a full-stack internet native. Someone who understands the beat of Gen Z, the pace of the algorithm, and the power of a reel that just feels right. You’re not just making posts—you’re shaping a youth brand that lives on the internet and breathes culture. We’re not looking for someone to just “manage” social media. We’re looking for someone to own it.


who you are:

● You have 3–4 years of experience in a creative agency or have been a content creator yourself.

● You live on Instagram, stalk Reddit, scroll YouTube Shorts like it’s research, and get niche internet humor.

● You’ve created content that got shared in group chats.

● You think in formats—carousels, reels, memes, templates, reactions.

● You’re hands-on, self-starting, and allergic to slow approvals.

● You love executing as much as you love coming up with ideas.


what you’ll do:

● Build and run Under 25’s content engine across Instagram and YouTube.

● Own the aesthetic, tone, and cultural sharpness of everything we post.

● Ideate and execute campaigns, memes, reels, and IPs that live rent-free in young minds.

● Collaborate with student creators and in-house talent to turn real moments into content gold.

● Be the cultural radar—spotting what’s trending, what’s tired, and what’s next.

● Write copy that sounds like a person, not a brand trying to be a person.

● Create content that doesn’t just perform—but gets screenshotted, saved, and sent around.

Under 25 is India’s largest youth network. We help students learn, earn, and connect—through our app, our events, and our content. This role is at the heart of how we show up in the world: smart, sharp, and wildly relevant. We’re not here to keep up with culture. We’re here to set the tone.

● Have built a page, meme account, or personal brand that people actually follow

● Are obsessed with culture drops (fashion, music, creators, internet drama)

● Have led creative direction or built social pages from scratch

● Know how to shoot/edit fast content yourself (but it’s okay if you don’t)
