Role Overview
Develop data-driven creative strategies that bridge brand storytelling with performance marketing. Focus on creating scalable creative frameworks that drive engagement and conversions across the D2C customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
● Strategic Planning
- Develop creative strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights
- Create creative briefs that translate business goals into actionable creative direction
- Map customer journey touchpoints and optimize creative messaging for each stage
- Analyze competitor creative strategies and identify market opportunities
● Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop content calendars and creative asset roadmaps
- Plan creative testing frameworks for continuous optimization
- Create platform-specific content strategies (social, marketplaces, paid ads)
- Establish content pillars and messaging hierarchies for brand consistency
● Research & Insights
- Conduct consumer research and trend analysis to inform creative direction
- Analyze creative performance data to optimize future campaigns
- Monitor marketplace trends and platform algorithm changes
- Develop customer personas and behavioral insights for creative targeting
● Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with performance marketing team to align creative with campaign objectives
- Collaborate with tech team on user experience and conversion optimization
- Support retention team with creative assets for email and WhatsApp campaigns
- Partner with data analyst to measure and improve creative effectiveness
