Summary :

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Workday Core HCM.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and configure Workday Core HCM applications to meet business process and application requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Workday Core HCM applications.

- Provide technical support for Workday Core HCM applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Must-Have Skills :


- Workday Certification : Possess a valid Workday Certification in Workday HCM, demonstrating expertise in the core functionality of the platform.


- Workday Core HCM Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Workday Core HCM modules, including configuration, customization, and functionality. This includes experience with :


- Business Processes : Understanding how HR processes like recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and performance management are managed within Workday.


- Application Design & Configuration : Ability to design, build, and configure Workday applications to meet specific business needs.


- Technical Documentation : Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation for Workday configurations and customizations.


- Troubleshooting & Support : Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose problems, and resolve them efficiently within Workday Core HCM.


Experience : A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Workday Core HCM in a similar application development role.
