Sr. Business Process Manager

The Sr. Business Process Manager owns and develops the centralized business process architecture for critical operational areas such as Quote-To-Cash, Forecast to Delivery ,S&OP, ALM and P2P, ensuring enterprise-wide alignment. Leading operational transformation initiatives, this role conducts gap analyses and designs future-state ("To-Be") processes using industry-standard frameworks and best practices. By enhancing business requirement quality and establishing standardized documentation and prioritization, the position improves user experience and drives high adoption of new processes and systems. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, this role serves as the primary liaison among finance, supply chain, the Business Systems Group, and other support teams. It standardizes communication to resolve conflicting requirements and fosters consistent, effective interactions between business units and technical teams. Leveraging data-driven insights and staying current with technological advancements, the individual program manages significant business process improvements beyond incremental changes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Business Process Design and AnalysisOwn and develop centralized end-to-end business process architecture and repository for assigned business processes, aligning with enterprise strategies. Lead transformation initiatives by conducting gap analyses between current ("As-Is") and ideal ("To-Be") end-to-end processes. Leveraging internal SMEs, industry-standard frameworks, and best practices, design future-state processes that are efficient and scalable globally. Collaborate with GTM functions and cross-functional stakeholders(Finance, SCM, Business Ops) to gather and translate high-priority business requirements into effective process solutions. Solution and document UX requirements thoroughly to ensure solutions are user-friendly, drive high adoption rates, and align with business needs. Validate business requirements for compatibility with enterprise architecture, data strategies, and system capabilities, ensuring they support global scalability. Cross-Functional Leadership and Stakeholder ManagementFacilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings, including process mapping sessions, to align stakeholders and challenge current process assumptions. Influence and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders, fostering a cooperative environment.Business Process Automation and Continuous ImprovementLead and advocate for automation projects with the Business Systems Group to streamline and scale critical business processes. Introduce innovative solutions by staying updated on industry trends and integrating best practices into process improvements. Identify significant improvement opportunities using data-driven insights and measure impacts with established metrics and KPIs. Program and Change ManagementDevelop comprehensive testing plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet quality standards and deliver stated benefits. Implement structured change management processes, including training and resource support, to facilitate the seamless adoption of new processes. SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS Technology and Tool ManagementEvaluate and recommend technologies to enhance the quote-to-cash cycle, forecasting, and overall business capabilities. Plan and execute technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient project delivery. Training and EnablementDevelop and deliver training programs to improve stakeholders' ability to provide high-quality business requirements and support new processes and tools. Create process documentation and training materials, presenting them during meetings, workshops, and offering one-on-one sessions as needed. Support business users during transitions, enhancing user adoption and satisfaction, and providing ongoing support for system-related issues. Collaborate closely with training and change teams to support go-live and adoption of new processes and tools.
