Position Overview:
Roslis Retail Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing Officer to lead business development and marketing initiatives across multiple branches. The role involves hiring, building, and leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), ensuring the performance of Fashion Advisors, and achieving sales targets
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Regional Marketing Officer at Roslis Retail Pvt Ltd, located in Kerala, India. The Regional Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, coordinating with team, managing sales & marketing, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and reporting to GM directly. The role also involves closely working with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and ensuring brand consistency across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment drives, job fairs, and interviews to hire 12 Business Development Managers for 5 branches.
- Build, train, and mentor the BDM team to achieve business goals.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure sales targets of Fashion Advisors are met consistently.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor branch performance, sales reports, and operational KPIs and report to GM.
- Maintain effective communication with branch managers and team members to ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Travel across Kerala (Trivandrum to Thrissur) to oversee operations, conduct training sessions, and support branch activities.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth avenues for the brand.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in marketing, retail, or business development, preferably in fashion or retail sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within Kerala.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on results.
