You'll be the voice of Carry My Pet to potential clients, helping them navigate the journey of relocating their pets. This role blends empathy with efficiency because every pet is family, and every inquiry matters. Responsibilities • Be the first point of contact for pet parents looking to relocate their furry companions. • Conduct client consultations to understand specific relocation needs. • Create tailored proposals, quotes, and contracts as per client requirements. • Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential leads, resolving queries and building trust. • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and boost conversions. • Track all interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
