You'll learn the ins and outs of project lifecycles, from pre-bid to post-bid activities, and understand how to maintain strong relationships with vendors, OEMs, and government departments. We value fresh perspectives and are committed to nurturing your talentDuring your training period, you will receive a competitive stipend. Upon successful completion of your training, you will be offered a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹35,000 per month, plus incentives.What You'll Learn and Do (Key Responsibilities):Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will learn to:Tender Documentation: Assist in preparing, compiling, and submitting comprehensive tender documents, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.Technical Documentation: Support the creation, review, and maintenance of technical documentation for bids and ongoing projects.Billing & Budgeting: Learn to oversee billing processes for accuracy and timely invoicing, and assist in tracking project budgets.Pre-bid & Post-bid Activities: Understand how to conduct research, analysis, and preparation before bid submission, and assist with follow-up actions and negotiations after bids are submitted.Stakeholder Liaising: Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, and government bodies.OEM & Vendor Management: Learn to develop and maintain relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and various vendors.Meeting Coordination: Help schedule, organize, and participate in internal and external meetings.Government Department Interactions: Accompany team members on visits to government departments to facilitate approvals and discussions.Who We're Looking For (Qualifications):Any Professional Graduation or Post-Graduation Degree.Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).Must be ready to relocate to Patna, Bihar.Application Conditions:Candidates currently residing in Patna or willing to relocate immediately will be preferred.A valid driving license is a plus.
