Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist, located in Patna. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, including preparing and submitting proposals, analyzing tender requirements, and ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines. The role involves conducting research, maintaining strong communication with relevant stakeholders, and leveraging analytical skills to increase the likelihood of successful tender bids. The candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop competitive proposals.

• Proficiency in Tender Management and Procurement processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess tender requirements and develop competitive proposals
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and stakeholder interaction
• Experience in Proposal Writing, with attention to detail and clarity
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple tendering projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of procurement laws and practices is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
