Job Opportunity:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Operations Specialist to join our team in Patna. As a Project Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, compilation, and submission of comprehensive tender documents, as well as supporting the creation, review, and maintenance of technical documentation for bids and ongoing projects.About the Role:Tender Documentation: Assist in preparing, compiling, and submitting comprehensive tender documents, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.Technical Documentation: Support the creation, review, and maintenance of technical documentation for bids and ongoing projects.Billing & Budgeting: Learn to oversee billing processes for accuracy and timely invoicing, and assist in tracking project budgets.Pre-bid & Post-bid Activities: Understand how to conduct research, analysis, and preparation before bid submission, and assist with follow-up actions and negotiations after bids are submitted.Stakeholder Liaising: Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, and government bodies.OEM & Vendor Management: Learn to develop and maintain relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and various vendors.Meeting Coordination: Help schedule, organize, and participate in internal and external meetings.Government Department Interactions: Accompany team members on visits to government departments to facilitate approvals and discussions.Requirements:Any Professional Graduation or Post-Graduation Degree.Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).Must be ready to relocate to Patna, Bihar.Benefits:A competitive stipend during your training period.A full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹35,000 per month, plus incentives upon successful completion of your training.
