Job Title: Sales And Marketing Representative

Compensation: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month (depending on skills)



About the Role:

We’re building a fast-growing, systems-driven Chartered Accountancy firm working with MNCs, US CPAs, and startups. We’re now hiring a Sales & Brand Associate to help us amplify our presence, build our sales pipeline, and strengthen our brand across LinkedIn and beyond.

You’ll work directly with the founding team to manage content, drive outreach, and support client acquisition — all with modern tools like LinkedIn, ChatGPT, Canva, and CRM sheets.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Social Media & Branding

  • Manage LinkedIn profiles of founders and the firm
  • Post 3–4 high-quality updates (firm updates, client stories, thought leadership)
  • Create carousels, presentations using Canva & ChatGPT

2. Sales Outreach

  • Research & connect with potential clients (especially MNCs & CPAs)
  • Send personalized DMs, emails, and follow-ups
  • Book discovery calls for the founding team
  • Maintain CRM and lead tracker

3. Marketing & Presentation Support

  • Create investor/client pitch decks, sales presentations
  • Help with webinars/events — invites, follow-ups, tech coordination




Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong written & spoken English (DMs, posts, emails)
  • Canva, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, ChatGPT
  • Energetic, self-driven, result-oriented
  • Good phone presence for basic sales/introduction calls




Bonus (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in a CA firm / consulting / startup environment
  • Video editing or basic design sense
