We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Sales and Strategy professional. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling revenue growth, and ensuring alignment across sales and other functions.


Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leadership to design, implement, and optimize sales processes that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive sales forecasting , pipeline management, and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and predictability.
  • Provide actionable insights through data analytics, sales performance reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and business objectives.
  • Define and track sales KPIs/metrics to measure effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Support annual planning , territory/quota allocation, and incentive/compensation design.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field, MBA preferred.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Sales and Strategy Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Proven track record in sales operations management, including forecasting, reporting, and process improvement in a global sales environment.
  • Strong expertise in client engagement, account management, and stakeholder collaboration, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
