The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring application stability in a high-availability environment.Key Responsibilities:• Provide Level 3 (L3) support for applications built on Scala and Java.• Perform root cause analysis and deliver permanent fixes for critical issues.• Collaborate with development teams to resolve escalations and implement hotfixes.• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential risks.• Maintain knowledge base, runbooks, and technical documentation.• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incident handling.• Work with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployments and releases.Required Skills & Qualifications:Primary: - Strong hands-on experience with Scala (functional programming concepts, Akka, Play Framework preferred).Secondary: - Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).Additional Skills: - Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). - Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting. - Experience with REST APIs, debugging, and performance tuning. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
