To provide post application training to the customers for the GFMS products EDM , WEDM , Hole Drilling. Aid to produce customer parts in an efficient way to meet their expectations. Increase customer satisfaction level enhance the trust to prefer GFMS products in future. Provide online support, assistance for technical quires and machine operations. Product demonstrations in COC and exhibitions. Upgrading the skills time to time basis on the products and CAM software’s. Acquire knowledge on other GFMS technologies such as 3R tooling and Automation.


Responsibilities

  • Provide basic and advance application training to customers onsite.
  • Suggesting the right tooling, Pre-setting the parts outside the machine to increase productivity.
  • Recommendations of GFMS consumables original wear parts and spares parts.
  • Presales visits with sales engineer to customer places, to understand the end user applications and advise suitable GFMS products.
  • Understanding the machine options and variants.
  • Test cuts in COC or at customer place and document the reports
  • Machine USP’s live demonstrations wherever applicable at COC or exhibitions, …
  • Produce the sample parts for the display, pocket parts for sales team.
  • Scheduled visits to verify the customer is using our products in efficient way.
  • Suggesting the best practices on customer parts or ensuring our customers are using our products to the optimal.
  • Developing relations with suppliers and business partners.
  • Acquiring knowledge on competitor products.
  • Feed backs and observations to the plant on our products and technologies
  • Reporting and working with Plant to conclude solutions for customers issues.
  • Preparations for open house, Seminars and active participation.
  • Travel all over India or overseas on the need basis
  • Provide training to new engineers.
