Shift Timings - 2 Pm to 11 Pm IST

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) modules and hands-on skills in customization, scripting, and integrations. The role requires strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including workflows, automation, APIs, and Service Portal customization.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience across ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
  • Proficient in creating and modifying Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
  • Experience in REST integrations and developing custom APIs within ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on in customizing the Service Portal
  • Expert in designing/implementing multiple catalog items by collaborating with the business stakeholders
  • Must have strong experience in integrating multiple large enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP protocols, authentication mechanisms
  • Strong knowledge on Glide APIs, server/client-side scripting, Scripted Rest API, portal architecture
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication/presentation/negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to identify issues, and consistently collaborate to solve problems in a timely manner
  • 5 years of ServiceNow development exposure.
