Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Implementation:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  • Customize and configure patterns, probes, sensors, and discovery schedules.
  • Integrate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with ServiceNow ITOM for enhanced visibility and automation

  • Client Engagement & Solutioning:
  • Conduct workshops to gather requirements and define ITOM architecture.
  • Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Deliver Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) engagements.
  • Development & Integration:
  • Perform hands-on development and configuration.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party tools.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities and constraints

  • Testing & Deployment:
  • Plan and coordinate testing phases.
  • Lead test remediation cycles and ensure quality assurance.
  • Mentorship & Leadership:
  • Provide technical mentoring to junior developers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in executive briefings and marketing events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years of IT experience, with strong ServiceNow background.
  • Hands-on experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, etc.).
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide).
  • Experience with cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • CIS-ITOM certification is highly preferred.
  • Additional certifications in ITSM, HRSD, or IRM are a plus
