Key Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes for on-page and off-page optimisation.
- Drive keyword strategies and support content with SEO insights.
- Monitor organic performance and adapt strategies to algorithm changes.
Performance Marketing (Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads)
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Apply funnel logic, retargeting, and segmentation to maximise ROI.
- Run both B2C and B2B performance campaigns with clear KPIs.
- Analyse and report on performance, translating insights into growth strategies.
Growth, Data & AI Marketing
- Use AI tools and automation platforms for optimisation and content variations.
- Spot marketing bottlenecks and resolve them with technical solutions.
- Interpret campaign data to make informed, growth-focused decisions.
Collaboration
- Work closely with creative and content teams who build campaigns, adding your technical and analytical expertise.
- Support account managers in aligning campaign execution with client goals.
- Present insights and opportunities in a way that inspires action.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO + paid ads).
- Strong track record of running Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot campaign performance and SEO issues.
- Analytical and technical mindset: confident with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console.
- Curiosity to explore, test, and experiment with new tools and approaches.
- Commercially aware - you understand that marketing is about results, not just metrics.
- Fluency in English (Kannada is a plus).

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
