What You’ll Do

  • Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve ROI and scale results.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform creative strategy, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing best practices, new features, and emerging trends.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong skills in campaign management, optimization, and data analysis.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce or technology sector is a strong plus.
