Today, we’re operating at a ₹200 Cr ARR and scaling fast.About the RoleWe're seeking a passionate, highly organized Program Manager to be the operational backbone of Aramya's retail blitzscaling. This pivotal role puts you at the center of our explosive growth, driving end-to-end inventory and logistics excellence for both new and existing offline stores.You will be the cross-functional conductor—coordinating Store Rollouts, defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency, and using data-driven decision-making to ensure every retail location operates at peak performance.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProgram Execution & Store RolloutDrive end-to-end execution of store expansion initiatives (company-owned and franchise), coordinating across real estate, operations, marketing, and finance teams.Manage project timelines, dependencies, and escalation pathways to ensure on-time delivery.Assist in planning and executing store setups, managing vendor coordination for fixtures, signage, and infrastructure.Store Performance OptimizationAnalyze store metrics (footfall, conversions, AOV, etc.) to identify improvement areas.Design and execute in-store A/B experiments (layouts, fixtures, workflows) and provide actionable insights.Maintain documentation of learnings, SOPs, and best practices.Customer Insights & Retention StrategyWork on identifying behaviour patterns and repeat purchase drivers.Conduct NPS benchmarking studies and collaborate on strategies to boost in-store satisfaction.Support the development of systems to monitor and act on customer feedback.Operational Excellence & SOP ComplianceEnsure brand standards are upheld across store setups and operations.Conduct regular audits and coordinate with retail teams to drive efficiency and adherence to SOPs.Key Qualifications & Skills1–3 years of experience in generalist roles in early or mid-stage startups.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Retail, or a related field.Strong project management and cross-functional coordination abilities.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) and familiarity with POS and retail systems is a plus.Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
