Responsibilities:
  • Develop short and long-term supply and demand models that seek to minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining/improving service levels. Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models, processes and software tools) in evaluating supply chain's ability to meet customer demand.
  • Lead demand and supply planning meetings with cross-functional teams, reviewing supply, demand risks, mitigation options, or service level goals. Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize costs and optimize inventory levels while meeting customer service goals.
  • Present inventory recommendations to leadership, drive decision-making, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders across the supply chain.
  • Own safety stock optimization, inventory projections, metrics, and reporting for leadership reviews, including leading forums to discuss inventory initiatives and performance.
