About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, extroverted, and persuasive Sales Representative with a proven track record in outbound sales. The role is designed for someone who thrives in structured campaigns, communicates confidently in professional English, and is passionate about technology and business outcomes.
You will play a vital role in generating qualified leads, nurturing early-stage relationships, and building awareness for Sedha Consulting across key decision-makers. The potential candidate will have potential to grow along the company or potentially relocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute structured weekly sales campaigns targeting mid-sized businesses in priority sectors (e.g., healthcare, local government, services)
- Build, research, and maintain account and contact lists using tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
- Conduct outbound activities across LinkedIn, cold email, phone calls, and group engagement
- Craft personalized LinkedIn connection messages and value-driven email sequences
- Join and contribute to relevant LinkedIn groups to establish brand presence and thought leadership
- Conduct cold calls to warm and cold leads, handle objections, and book intro meetings
- Follow up with prospects from prior weeks to maintain momentum and conversion
- Log all activities, touchpoints, and outcomes in the CRM (HubSpot) with discipline and clarity
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign inputs and messaging support
- Report performance and insights weekly, including lead quality, conversion ratios, and blockers
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, software, or consulting
- Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken – with a persuasive, consultative tone
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, cold email tools, CRM platforms, and outbound sales frameworks
- Naturally extroverted, high-energy, and relationship-focused with a hunter's mindset
- Self-motivated and target-driven – able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in Australian business hours (AEST)
- Exposure to sales in sectors like healthcare, public sector, or SMBs is a strong plus
