Job Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all travel arrangements, guidelines and budgets in order to ensure efficient & risk free corporate travelNegotiate contracts with travel service providers and hospitality chains/ hotels/ service apartmentsSuggest improvements and innovation in travel programsEnsure compliance with different relevant travel policies and proceduresAbility to book charters and helicopters for senior executive travel and coordinate all aspects of the same including meet and greet, cabs as well as hotel bookings at destinationsDetailed knowledge of Forex, Visa and passport regulations and processes toobtain/ renew the sameAnalyzing and preparing reports on travel spendsManaging and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical insurance and legal forms.Key Qualification & Skills Required: A bachelor's degree in tourism or similar diploma, travel or hospitalityIn-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations and means of travel to these locationsBooking excursions, flights, and hotels, as well as arranging transport according to client specifications.Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of Geography.Experience Required:A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in the travel industry, along with a 2-3years supervisory experience may be preferred.Software/Tools/Systems Exposure:MS Office, Google Docs and GDS solutions
