Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Mohali district. The primary responsibilities include generating sales by identifying leads, managing customer accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role involves cultivating strong client relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting with account management tasks. It requires effective communication, follow-up with potential clients, and collaboration with the sales team to achieve business goals. Qualifications Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead GenerationStrong Customer Service skills with a focus on Customer SatisfactionExperience in Account Management and fostering client relationshipsAbility to proactively identify and pursue sales opportunitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales toolsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-drivenBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
