We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Founder’s Office to join our client; a fast-growing fintech company. Responsibilities include program management, strategic planning, driving operational excellence, and enabling effective decision-making at the leadership level.About the role -Manager - Founder’s officeFunction: Founder’s office, strategy & operationsReporting to: Founder & CEOLocation: MumbaiExperience: 5–10 yearsEducation: Strong academic pedigree preferred; focus on consulting and strategy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Planning & ExecutionProvide direct advisory support to CEO on key strategic and tactical decisionsWork closely with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s strategic visionConduct comprehensive research and prepare executive briefing materials for critical business decisionsAnticipate firm needs and remove obstacles to executive productivity and effectivenessIdentify opportunities for growth and improvement across the organizationCross-Functional ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of cross-functional projectsUnderstand inter-department needs and proactively resolve blockersDesign forums to drive cross-functional initiatives and effective decision makingProject ManagementDesign and implement company-wide OKR framework ensuring alignment across all business verticalsTrack progress and provide regular performance updates to executive leadershipDevelop executive dashboards for monitoring critical business metrics and key performance indicatorsEnsure timely delivery of strategic initiatives by coordinating with various departmentsOrganizational DevelopmentLead organizational structure planning to support growth objectivesIdentify critical hiring needs based on business priorities and support hiring processHelp craft the company’s narrative and communication across all internal and external stakeholdersREQUIREMENTS: Education & Professional Qualifications5-10 years professional experience with minimum 2-3 years in strategic roles at management consulting firms and Series A-C startups in a Founder’s office roleBachelor's degree from Tier-1 Indian institutionMBA from premier institution strongly preferredCore Technical CompetenciesAdvanced analytical skills including financial modelling, business case development, and strategic framework buildingExecutive communication capability with proven ability to draft board materials, investor updates, and strategic memos for C-level audienceCross-functional project management with experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple departments and external stakeholdersProcess design expertise demonstrated through building organizational systems, governance frameworks, or operational processes from scratchStakeholder influence with track record of driving results through relationship-building rather than hierarchical authorityThey are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
