He will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. He will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team. The person shall be responsible for generating new business in Kerala.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing sales strategy through market analysis and other sources of dataFocus on market penetration primarily through Channel sales by appointing distributors, agents (General Trade) in the state of KeralaFurther increasing the sales T/O of the company in the state by appointing new distributorsDrive product sales & availability through tie ups with Multi Brand Outlets (MBOs) as well as Shop in Shop (SIS) formatCoordinate with Regional Sales Manager to generate and meet with prospective leads & close salesTrack and report all sales activitiesSupport the learning and development of the sales teamTravelling extensively in the entire state of Kerala is essential for the jobQualificationsExperience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leadsExperience in working in the state of KeralaExperience in the Apparel and Fashion Industry from Channel/Distribution, MBO or Shop-in-Shop (SIS)Excellent verbal communication & relationship building skills
