Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with the Principal, academic heads, and management to align HR strategies with the school’s mission and long-term goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract high-quality teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, interviews, assessments, and final selection.
- Design and implement structured onboarding programs for smooth integration of new hires.
Performance & Employee Development
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring fair evaluation and growth-oriented feedback.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for teachers and staff.
- Support leadership in succession planning and career pathing.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Develop employee engagement initiatives that foster motivation, collaboration, and retention.
- Address employee concerns promptly, ensuring a transparent and supportive workplace.
- Build strong communication channels between staff, leadership, and HR.
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in HR or related field.
- MBA and Hyderabad based male candidates preferred
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
