Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to optimize and improve our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will gather and interpret supply chain data, identify inefficiencies, forecast demand, and support inventory and logistics planning. This role is critical in helping the business reduce costs, increase efficiency, and meet customer demands effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data (inventory levels, delivery performance, demand patterns, etc.).
- Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs such as lead time, fill rate, inventory turnover, and order accuracy.
- Develop models to forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize procurement and logistics operations.
- Assist in designing and implementing supply chain process improvements.
- Work closely with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure supply chain alignment.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
- Support vendor and supplier evaluation and performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Knowledge of supply chain metrics and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or certification (e.g., APICS/CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis.
