Job Title: Paid Media Specialist – Pacvue Automation Expert


Role Overview:

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with deep expertise in Pacvue automation and tools to manage and optimize Paid Search and Display Media campaigns across multiple marketplaces. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage Pacvue’s advanced features to drive performance, efficiency, and incremental growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Optimization:
  • Use Pacvue automation and tools to execute and continually optimize all Paid Search (e.g., Sponsored Products) and Display Media campaigns.
  • Ensure effective use of Pacvue features such as optimization rules, bid logic, and reporting dashboards to maximize media performance.
  • Budget & Pacing Management:
  • Create budget recommendations and oversee daily Pacvue pacing to ensure efficient spend distribution and achievement of client financial objectives (e.g., ROAS, ACOS).
  • Pacvue Expertise & Enablement:
  • Act as the internal Pacvue capabilities expert, translating platform data into actionable business strategies for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Growth & Market Share:
  • Drive incremental growth by leveraging Pacvue’s Share of Voice (SOV) and Competitive Analysis tools to identify, defend, and conquest market share opportunities on key category and brand terms across retailers.
  • Reporting & Attribution:
  • Develop a unified reporting and attribution strategy to measure holistic media impact, breaking down performance by retailer, ad type, and full-funnel stage.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Maintain operational efficiency using Pacvue’s bulk operations, change logs, and rule-based systems to manage and scale thousands of campaigns and keywords across diverse marketplace requirements and formats.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Pacvue platform for campaign management and automation.
  • Strong understanding of Paid Search, Display Media, and retail media networks.
  • Expertise in ROAS, ACOS, and performance-driven optimization strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and other retail media platforms.
  • Familiarity with DSP and programmatic advertising.
  • Pacvue certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
