Vice President

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to join our team as VP of Engineering. This executive-level position will be responsible for leading our entire technology organization, driving innovation, and ensuring our technology strategy aligns with and accelerates our business goals.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology vision and roadmap, prioritizing scalability, security, and innovation.

- Lead the development and deployment of robust, secure, and scalable technology solutions using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.

- Oversee all aspects of engineering, including software development, infrastructure, and data security.

- Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and attracting top talent.

- Partner with the C-suite to identify and leverage technology opportunities for competitive advantage and growth.

- Manage the technology budget and ensure cost-effective solutions across the entire

technology lifecycle.

- Stay current on emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.

- Champion best practices, governance, and compliance within the engineering :

- Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing large technology teams and significant budgets.

- Proven track record of building and scaling technology infrastructures for product or e-commerce businesses.

- Strong technical understanding and the ability to translate business goals into actionable engineering roadmaps.

- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships

with all levels of the organization.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus).
