Beyond flexible workspace solutions, we also strive to be the place that works for all individuals and businesses, revolutionising how people work by providing a platform that fosters growth, connections, collaborations and opportunities for our ever-growing JustCo community and beyond.We are looking for Assistant Manager (Customer Services), India in Gurugram, Haryana, India.In this role, you will be responsible for:Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive operational excellence.Manage P&L, track performance metrics, and ensure financial efficiency.Oversee seamless member experiences, including check-ins, issue resolution, and engagement.Represent the centre(s) through VIP visits and professional tours.Build and maintain strong relationships with members, landlords, and vendors.Work cross-functionally with Sales, Workspace, Finance, and IT to achieve business objectives.Pre-requisites for this role include: 5+ years in operations, hospitality, or serviced office management.Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience in sales, facilities management, or finance is a plus.We will review your application and will contact you within two weeks if you are shortlisted for an interview.Spark your potential at JustCo We believe work should be energizing and fulfilling.
