Role Overview:

  • Draft and review documentation for domestic and international bond issuances.
  • Advise issuers, arrangers, and trustees on regulatory and transaction-related matters.
  • Prepare offering documents and ensure compliance with SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, and global securities laws.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and coordinate with bankers, auditors, and international counsel.
  • Support transaction execution from structuring to closing and listing.
