The Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Day-to-day tasks will include creating instructional materials, conducting training sessions, assessing participant progress, providing feedback, and collaborating with other departments to identify training needs. The Instructor will ensure that the training aligns with the company's overall strategy and that participants gain the necessary skills to implement Agile and Scrum practices effectively.QualificationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Training & Development and TrainingProficiency in Instructional DesignStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to engage and motivate participantsKnowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practicesRelevant certifications are an advantageBachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
