Position: HR Intern/Marketing Intern

Location: Bengaluru Office (In-Office)

Start Date: September 2025

Internship Duration: 2–3 months


Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern/Marketing Intern to join our team at the Bengaluru office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to core HR operations in a dynamic, high-scale business environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong Communication ability in English is a mandate
  • Assist with data collection, validation, and report generation
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR processes and clarifications
  • Support general HR administrative tasks and documentation


Requirements:

  • Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (preferably in HR, Business, or related fields)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office (Near Silk board) during the internship.
