About the Role

Are you a sharp communicator with a passion for sales and business strategy?

AutoGrow Services is hiring a Sales Closer to convert warm leads into paying customers using our proven high-conversion frameworks and pitch decks. You’ll play a key role in helping businesses grow through our cutting-edge marketing and automation services.


This is not just a sales role — it’s an opportunity to learn directly from industry experts, master high-ticket closing frameworks, and build a career in strategic consulting + digital growth.



What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound leads and follow-up from calendar bookings, WhatsApp, and CRM
  • Understand the prospect’s business, pain points, and potential goals
  • Deliver tailored sales pitches using our Framework and discovery process
  • Convert leads into clients by aligning solutions with their business goals
  • Maintain CRM records, follow-up loops, and proposal communication
  • Coordinate with Account Managers for seamless onboarding post-closure



✅ Must-Have Skills
  • Excellent spoken & written communication (English + Hindi + Gujarati preferred)
  • Confident, friendly, and empathetic listener
  • Ability to understand business needs and think strategically
  • Obsession with learning & improving sales techniques
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline



Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in sales, customer success, or digital services (even internships)
  • Familiarity with CRMs like ZOHO, HubSpot, etc.
  • Knowledge of marketing terms (ads, funnels, landing pages) is a bonus
