Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Associate Business Head to lead the growth, operations, and profitability of our Itanagar branch. This is a leadership role where you’ll drive business strategy, oversee cross-functional teams, and manage the P&L to ensure sustained success and expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with company goals.

Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base.

Oversee sales, marketing, and operations for smooth execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product delivery.

Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

⚙️ Drive product development initiatives from ideation to launch.

Build strong relationships with investors, partners, and customers.

Represent PW at industry events and conferences.


What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

✔ 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, driving business growth.

✔ Experience in the EdTech sector is highly preferred.

✔ Proven expertise in managing P&L and operational excellence.

✔ Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
