Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead our overall marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with strong experience in brand building, digital strategy, market positioning, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be able to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.
  • Lead brand positioning, communication planning, and identity management across all channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content, and online reputation.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns.
  • Lead market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to guide product and market decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and senior leadership for integrated growth strategies.
  • Manage agency partners for creative, digital, PR, events, and media planning.
  • Drive campaigns, product launches, events, and brand activations.
  • Build and mentor a strong marketing team focused on creativity, innovation, and data-driven execution.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality brand messaging across all platforms.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, or digital strategy (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing strategies and brand initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and convert insights into actions.
