Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources operations. The role requires a proactive individual who can align HR practices with business objectives while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, policy management, compliance, and performance development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including onboarding and orientation.
  • Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance on employee development.
  • Promote a positive working environment through effective employee engagement and relations strategies.
  • Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and exit procedures.
  • Support training and development efforts across departments.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to guide data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits administration in partnership with finance and leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
  • Experience in [insert industry, e.g., manufacturing, IT, retail] preferred.
  • Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement tools.
