We specialize in creating custom solutions and enhancing internal CRM applications to ensure the highest level of efficiency and client satisfaction.Position: Salesforce CPQ Business System AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business System Analyst with 7+years of expertise in Salesforce implementations and support. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Quote-to-Cash, Opportunity-to-Invoice, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes within Salesforce and integrated platforms like NetSuite.Key Requirements:Experience level 8-12 years IT / Technology / Hi Tech consulting background and experience (Functional)Should have the experience in Order Management processes (Order to Cash), Integration with the external systems.Strong knowledge on Quote to Cash, Service contract, Entitlement using SFDC (mandatory) and NS is a plus.Must have understanding of integrations with external engineering systems with SFDCStrong understanding of license and license provisioningUnderstanding of SOAP and REST APIsShould have the configurational knowledge of the salesforce platform like workflow, flow, basic salesforce configuration basic salesforce configurationExperience in establishing the ITBusiness process including the external partners in terms of design, dev and testing and timeline alignmentGood to documenting and functional flow diagramAble to work directly with business to gather the requirements.Translate the requirement to the technical team.Facilitate User Testing, Planning and execution.Self-starter, motivated, well-organized.Good listener, Willing to learn new things and thrive in a fast paced team environment.Ability to communicate effectively and interact with cross-functional teams.
