Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketplace Specialist to develop and execute performance marketing strategies on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. The ideal candidate will manage advertising campaigns, analyze data, and drive sales growth while optimizing marketing budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute marketplace performance marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Manage & optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Product Ads, Display Ads, and other ad formats.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Understand client goals, build execution strategies, and track success metrics to ensure optimal results.
- Leverage data analytics & market insights to monitor campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Provide strategic insights & reports on campaign performance for internal and client use.
- Ensure regular & ad hoc reporting of digital activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to implement innovative strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with expertise in Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms. Amazon experience is a must
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, and AMS Dashboard is a must.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Project management skills—ability to handle multiple campaigns efficiently.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
- Prior experience in a digital agency is mandatory.
