We are hiring a Solar Technical Trainer with strong Electrical/Industrial experience for field-based work on solar mini-grids, solar PV installation, and solar O&M operations.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in solar installation, electrical maintenance, solar technician training, ITI electrical training, NSDC training, renewable energy field operations, and rural electrification projects.

Candidates with industrial experience + teaching/training exposure will be prioritized.


Location: East Nagaland (Full-Time, Field-Based)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Accommodation: Shared site-based stay provided

Relocation: Supported from Kolkata


Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Solar Technical Trainer & Field Project Officer. The responsibilities include conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, and effectively communicating technical concepts to trainees. The intern will assist with field projects, offer guidance on solar installation processes, and collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Proficiency in Technical Training and experience as a Technical Trainer
  • Skills in Training & Development and the ability to deliver engaging learning experiences
  • Strong Communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to work effectively in remote environments and coordinate with teams
  • Familiarity with solar technology and installation processes is a plus
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainable development
