Role Description We are seeking a full-time Solar Sales Executive for the PM Surya Ghar Yojana project. This on-site role is based in Bihar and will involve promoting and selling solar energy solutions tailored to meet our clients' specific needs. Key responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, presenting solar energy products effectively, creating sales strategies, and closing sales deals. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing technical insights where required, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skillsKnowledge of renewable energy solutions and solar energy systemsExperience in customer relationship management and client serviceStrategic thinking and planning skills, coupled with an ability to meet deadlines and targetsProficiency with CRM software, MS Office tools, and report generationAbility to work on-site in Bihar and engage with local customers effectivelyPrior experience in solar energy sales or another relevant field is a plusBachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
