We’re now looking for like-minded folks to join the crew.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Alliances Associate to support onboarding, operations, and performance management of brand partners, DSAs, and affiliate partners.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working at the intersection of partners, data, and cross-functional teams, and takes pride in running campaigns smoothly from setup to reconciliation.You will play a critical role in ensuring partnerships go live efficiently, campaigns run as planned, and outcomes are accurately tracked and closed. Alliances associate Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Onboarding & CoordinationSupport onboarding of brand and channel partners across multiple acquisition categories and for brand offersCoordinate with Brand, Partner , Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure timely campaign go-livesAssist in managing documentation, agreements, and onboarding checklistsAct as an operational point of contact for assigned partnersCampaign Setup & ExecutionIdentify right partner for the campaignSupport end-to-end campaign setup, including tracking, configurations, and partner enablementMonitor live campaigns to ensure correct execution and timely issue resolutionEnsure campaigns are executed as per approved commercial terms and internal processesReconciliation & Payout OperationsManage reconciliation and payout cycles for affiliate and DSA partnersEnsure accuracy of data shared for invoicing and payoutsCoordinate with Finance to close payouts within agreed timelinesMaintain clear audit trails and supporting documentationPerformance Tracking & ReportingMaintain dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports for ongoing campaignsAnalyze partner performance and flag trends, gaps, or improvement opportunitiesSupport senior team members with data inputs for performance reviewsProcess & DocumentationMaintain SOPs, trackers, and partner recordsEnsure operational hygiene across all live and closed campaignsSupport improvements in processes to enable scale and efficiencySkills & CompetenciesStrong coordination and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and execution disciplineComfort working with data, trackers, and reportsAbility to manage multiple tasks and partners simultaneouslyOwnership mindset with willingness to learn and adaptPreferred Experience & Qualifications0–2 years of experience in Alliances, brand partner campaign managementHands-on experience with Excel / Google SheetsBasic understanding of CPL / CPA / CPS models, reconciliation, and payout processesExposure to FinTech, BFSI, startups, or consumer internet is a plusMaster’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related fieldWhat You’ll LearnThe complete partner lifecycle: onboarding → campaign execution → reconciliation → payoutHow partnerships contribute to user acquisition, engagement, and revenueWorking with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentBuilding scalable alliance operations and SOPsWhy Join UsHigh ownership role with direct exposure to real business outcomesOpportunity to work across brands, DSAs, and affiliate ecosystemsLearn alliance operations at scale in a growth-focused setupWork in a team that values precision, accountability, and speed
