Job Title – Assistant Manager
Reporting to – Deputy Vice President (Engineering & Development)

Job Summary/About the Role
As an Associate Product Manager (APM) in the Prudent team, you will play a key role in shaping the execution of features for Prudent Plus Portal. You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and QA teams to deliver intuitive and impactful product experiences for our diverse customer base.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, can think strategically, and has a strong grasp of both customer needs and technology. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in product management while contributing meaningfully to a fast-evolving product ecosystem with his/her skills of product thinking, technical understanding, and user empathy.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Required Experience and Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in product management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
- Keen eye for UX and wireframing and can collaborate effectively with design teams to shape intuitive user experiences.
- Open to feedback and have the spontaneity to translate insights into product improvements.
- Strong technical concepts, to engage meaningfully with engineers and contribute to solutioning.
- Skilled in writing clear and structured PRDs, breaking down product requirements into epics and user stories, and working with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the process of defining product requirements and roadmaps based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
- Collaborate with peer PMs, engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help translate high-level product requirements into clear product requirement document (PRDs), user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead the planning and execution of feature rollouts, including crafting user communication, writing product documentation, creating training materials, and driving feedback collection post-launch
- Monitor the product key metrics and value being delivered and improve product accordingly
- Understand the competitive landscape and evaluate market trends to better inform product roadmap.
