About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Account Manager with 4–6 years of experience in social media account management and client servicing. The ideal candidate will have a strong media background and a proven track record of handling brand communication and campaigns across platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, driving performance, and ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all digital touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing end-to-end communication and project delivery.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute social media campaigns across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and media teams to develop impactful content and campaigns aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign outcomes, and share actionable insights for optimization.
  • Maintain brand voice consistency and ensure quality control across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital opportunities to guide clients

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and account growth.
  • Handle multiple accounts simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.


Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in social media account management, client servicing, or digital strategy, preferably in a media or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of platform best practices for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and
  • brand growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
  • Analytical mindset with familiarity in using analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, YouTube
  • Analytics, and LinkedIn Insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing high-profile or B2B/B2C brand accounts.
  • Background in media, marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Understanding of paid media strategy and campaign performance tracking.
