About the Role: As a Term Insurance Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in helping customers secure their financial future by offering tailored term insurance solutions. You will be responsible for driving direct sales, engaging with potential customers, and providing clear guidance on product features and benefits. This role demands a customer-first approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to consistently deliver on sales targets while ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales of term insurance products, ensuring strong conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs, explain product features, and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Handle initial customer interactions, build trust, and address objections or concerns effectively.
- Ensure seamless handover of closed cases to the operations team for further processing.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (both verbal & written).
- Ability to explain financial/insurance products clearly and convincingly.
- Customer-centric mindset with a flair for relationship building.
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in Term Insurance sales.
- Basic computer and Excel skills.
