You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders, including engineering, product, marketing, and leadership, to define program scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure that all program objectives are met. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, interconnected projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities, communicating progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define program goals, objectives, and roadmaps.Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of program objectives.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering).5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the BPO Industry.Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale programs from end-to-end.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., .Net, c#).Familiarity with data architecture and database (e.g MySQL, SQL)Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Preferred:PMP or other relevant project management certification.Experience with program management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC).Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
