About CompanyThe company operates in the traditional healthcare and wellness industry, specializing in Ayurvedic products and therapies.Job DescriptionRole Overview:As a Business Finance Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy of the company. You will work closely with the leadership team to provide financial insights, ensure fiscal responsibility, and support the scaling efforts of our business operations. This role is ideal for a young, dynamic individual with a strong background in finance and a passion for contributing to the growth of a purpose-driven organization.Key Responsibilities:1.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.2.Variance Analysis: Perform periodic variance analysis to identify key gaps & worktowards bridging the gap along with the BU heads3.Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders todrive financial performance. Provide financial guidance on business operations,investment opportunities, and cost management.4.Scaling Strategy: Support the company’s expansion efforts by identifying financialopportunities, risks, and key metrics for growth. Assist in optimizing financialprocesses to support scalability.5.Reporting & Compliance: Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy andcompliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare and present financial reports tothe executive team.6.Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective costcontrol measures without compromising on quality or company values.7.Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support businessdecisions, including new project evaluations, product launches, and market expansions.8.Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders,including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure transparency andalignment.Qualifications:*Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.*Qualified CA or Master's degree in Finance or related fields (Optional).*3-6 years of experience in finance role, preferably with exposure to scaling businesses or working in the E-commerce/Retail only.*Strong analytical skills with a fair understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
